A nice advantage would be if mobile operators could make proper
arrangement between themselves and offer businesses and their users to
accept paymet through the mobile network. Like a service of the mobile
operator.

That would be then paid out to your local bank account.

In Slovenia it is already possible but it would be nice if this could
be offered on a global scale and maybe with proper contracts among
operators.

I think this is more the future than concentrating solely on only web
based services. It will be, and should be, a kind of sinergy
between internet and mobile technology.
